Off The Path Hostel Review: Kismet Dao

Category:

When our guests are happy, we are happy! It makes us even happier when an experienced traveler like Sebastian notes that Kismet Dao sets standards for Hostels. It means we can keep doing what we are doing, as we are doing it right! :-)

Hostel Review: Kismet Dao, Brasov

According to Lonely Planet, in the city of Brasov you will find one of the finest hostels of Romania and I couldn’t agree more. Also fellow travel blogger Diana at Dtravelsround has only good things to say about this Hostel.

Located about 10 minutes from the centre on a little hill you will find the Kismet Dao Villa. Friendly personnel will greet you upon arrival and will check you in quickly and show you around and show you your room. All rooms are themed and are nicely decorated. You have big lockers in your room and you can get a lock for a little deposit at the reception desk.

Smokers will find a nice terrace where they can relax and enjoy their nicotine breaks while playing with the little puppy which is running around in the garden.

Coffee and Tea are complimentary all the time, breakfast is included in the price and free wifi 24/7. But that is not all, every guest gets a free beer per day!

In the basement they have a big common room where it is easy to meet other travelers and relax. You will also find the showers and toilets in the basement. If it happens that you travel without a towel, you will get one there!

Summarizing I have to say that this hostel offer everything a traveler needs. It has great people, a nice location and you get a lot for your money!
